Tourism is an important part of the Grampian economy, attracting visitors to the area and keeping them satisfied is the challenge faced by all tourism businesses. Customer service and the need to exceed customer expectations is a vital part of this challenge and one that all these organisations are committed to provide to you the customer.
Scottish Enterprise Grampian has developed and supported a Customer Service Programme called The Service Achievement Award a year long programme which all these organisation have either achieved or working towards.
Go Training are the customer service specialists who are contracted by SE to deliver all the workshops and provide business one to one assistance to all the tourism businesses
